Corpus Levitas Diablo Dominium Mondo Vicium!
Ya know from the Agents perspective, a creepy child called them out to the middle of the woods late at night, and used the powers of darkness to summon an army of the dead. Which immediately dragged them into the forest to be killed
#the most surprisingly badass artwork of Dipper I have ever seen#I love it a lot#the wear on the journal#the movement of his clothes#the reflectiveness of his eyes#there are so many good details in this#and you’re right#to the Agents#he WOULD look like this#granted he stumbled over his words a bit and was overall a dork#but once the dead popped out of the ground#they couldn’t see him that way anymore#he was the young boy who sicced the dead on them#JUST to prove a point#I mean that’s gotta be the scariest thing in that situation#he didn’t have a grudge against them#in fact he liked them and wanted to work with them#but he had to prove a point#he had to make a statement#and so he summoned the dead#and they nearly died because of it#and holy crap what if they run into this kid again and he reads something WORSE from that creepy journal#they really haven’t ever dealt with anything like this#not anything of the sheer scale of the paranormal element in Gravity Falls#and not anything as unpredictable as that paranormal element being sometimes controlled by a young boy with a desire to prove himself#they’ve never had the odds stacked against them like this#and they’ve never seen a kid so casually summon ANYTHING in their lives
Hes only read two spells from the book. One allows you to enter someones mind, and the other summons the dead. The chances that Dipper could read something worse are REALLY HIGH.
#I had forgotten that he read from the book before#and both times were really powerful spells#and he just rattles them off#doesn’t even seem to need to put too much energy into them#either this kind of magic doesn’t require any sort of predispotion towards magical powers in its users#no need for a magical aura or natural affinity or whatever is typically needed in this situation#or Dipper is a lot more powerful than anyone— even himself— gives him credit for#I mean magically powerful#either anyone of any age and type and ability can read from this book and paranormal stuff happens#which is scary in an of itself#’cause I mean#ANYONE having this power#there could be worse people than Lil’ Gideon out there#and they could use this book for worse things#OR only those with a magical predisposition and/or some degree of paranormal power can use this book#in which case Dipper and Gideon are the only characters CONFIRMED to have such power#and Gideon always seemed very ceremonious and focused about the power he used#he seemed to put a lot of energy into it#he seemed to really have to concentrate
If Dipper himself is a paranomal entity that could explain why its so easy for him to find paranormal creatures even though it seems like when hes not around no one else sees these things. Even Robbie calls him on it at one point. The Manotuar just finds him randomly in the middle of the woods, Dipper cant be the first person to ever be in the woods with jerky.
I could also be why Bill Cipher seems to think he’ll be useful later.
I tried to play the Gravity Falls theme on my kazoo and it is the worst thing I’ve ever heard.

Gravity Falls Theme (Made Me Realize)

Gravity Falls Theme - Full version
Also known as the catchiest damn theme in the universe.
ok but the animation that goes with this is so perfectly synced and yet it’s synced so subtly that i didn’t even notice that every action follows the music for a long time
(but that’s also because i dont notice things)
